This is a courtesy notice to inform you that our agency is currently undergoing a software conversion. While we do not anticipate any disruption to your Housing Assistance Payment (HAP), there is a possibility that payments scheudled for May 1st could be delayed as we complete this transistion.
We understand the importance of timely payments and are working diligently to minimize any distruption during this transition.
During this transition, May's direct deposit register will not be accessable on the Landlord Portal. We are working on resolving this issue. In the meantime, you can email housing@warrenmha.org to have a copy emailed to you.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we implement this system upgrade to better serve both you and our participants.
